Unlike most of our competitors, all steel produced by Metalfer comes from waste and is a successful way to decarbonize the industry and achieve a sustainable low carbon economy. We are aware that a company of our size can play an important role in protecting the planet, and therefore we have a responsibility to do so. Metalfer is therefore an excellent example of environmentally friendly business – all our energy comes from renewable sources, we intend to continue investing in clean energy from the sun, wind and water.

In partnership with financial institutions and some of the largest and most important European development banks, we work together to finance large projects that make our business more efficient, sustainable and cleaner.
