The value that we foremost adhere to in our business operations is the durability of our products. High quality, achieved by monitoring all relevant technological phases of production, has enabled us to distribute products in accordance with the most modern standards to both local and EU markets. For more than a decade, we have been attuned to customer needs, constantly progressing and harmonizing products with the most demanding standards – BS, DIN, STAS, EN, and others.

Sophisticated devices and sensors line our production lines and allow us to monitor all key parameters in real-time. In this way, we ensure that the quality of the finished product always aligns with the standards. Control tests and quality certificates are issued in a laboratory accredited according to SRPS EN 17025:2015. All types of testing are done on the most modern devices with high precision and accuracy. Respecting building norms, testing and sampling of the finished product are performed according to a precisely defined schedule. In this way, we eliminate the possibility of any part of the product being produced that does not meet the standard requirements of the countries to which the product is distributed.

The laboratory possesses both domestic and foreign certificates confirming its competence, and a certified quality system enables traceability through all stages of production as one of the most critical characteristics of any product. For this to be possible, cards with all necessary information (description, country of manufacture, manufacturer, nominal diameter…) are placed on each product. The finished product is accompanied by a quality certificate containing all data on the mechanical characteristics and chemical composition of the finished product.

In addition to modern equipment and high-tech processes, Metalfere’s production facilities use an ecologically clean, closed-type production system. By using steel waste for new products, we recycle with a high degree of environmental awareness. To ensure that the entire production process is fully controlled – from raw materials to the finished product – all aspects are tracked through various quality management systems.
