We support our colleagues in their desire to further their education or specialize in certain fields. That is why Metalfer allocates funds for education and training for its employees every year, where we cooperate with eminent consulting firms, accredited training centres and educational institutions. In addition to external collaborators, our most expert people, under the auspices of the Metalfer professional academy, also conduct internal training in accordance with the wishes of employees – in their sector or another sector.
Employees who are well-trained and knowledgeable about new technologies, trends and business processes are more productive, motivated and efficient in their work. Continuous education undoubtedly encourages their innovation, which can lead to new ideas and solutions for production problems; through the initiative Metalfer proposes, we also show them that we really care about hearing their opinion.

Cooperation with schools and faculties

We have been cooperating with secondary schools for years, implementing projects such as professional practices, i.e. Dual education. In order to enable students to study and develop in the spirit of modern technologies, and at the same time in accordance with their age, we donate multifunctional smart benches, which we place in the courtyards of high schools. We cooperate with the faculties of Serbian universities through various sponsorships, professional internships, mutual scientific and technological cooperation and exchange of experiences and information.
